All negative items on credit file with all 3 bureaus will be removed. Once it is removed, it is illegal for the credit bureaus to reinsert them. So they do not return unless the creditors change the account number or sell it to a collection agency.

Repos
Foreclosures
Inquires (all inquires are added for free, but is not included in service)

This also includes Bankruptcy, Student Loans & Child Support, but is not 100% guaranteed to be removed. We do not remove authorized user accounts. Also we do not guarantee removal of any Capital One accounts.
